Advised, accepted, done, billed and paid are kept as separate states and never collapsed. A payment is not revenue, and net cash is not profit. Every figure traces back to a record.
One clinic, one set of data
One clinic’s data is never visible to another. Access is decided on the server for every request, not on the screen.
History is kept
Corrections do not erase what came before. Every correction carries a name and a time.
Safeguards in every plan
Audit log, backups, data export and private file storage come with every plan. If a subscription lapses, you get read-only mode and export, never a lockout.
People approve
Every patient message is approved by a named member of staff. Software does not decide for your team.
Synthetic data only in demos
Every screen on this site and in our demos uses made-up patients. Real patient data never appears in a demo.
